If you can't find the owner, please do not give the cat to animal control. They will kill it if it isn't adopted quickly. Contact a NO KILL rescue like Fallston Animal Rescue Mission. That cat isn't lost it is on the lam. Damn thing personally owes me over 2 grand and a banana seat Huffy 3 speed.
