Caves Valley Partners Purchases Downtown Towson Property
The property is between West Susquehanna Avenue, Washington Avenue, and West Chesapeake Avenue in Towson.
A Towson development company has purchased a parcel of land zoned for retail use.
Caves Valley Partners has aquired property between West Susquehanna Avenue, West Chesapeake Avenue and Washington Ave, Ellen Kobler, a county spokeswoman, said.
Representatives from the development company could not be reached for comment.
It's unclear what are the organization's plans for development.
Caves Valley Partners is also responsible for a $47 million renovation of the Towson City Center.
