The Wagner Building is located at the corner of York Road and Pennsylvania Avenue.

The Wagner Building on York Road is one of Towson's most visible vacant properties.
Once home to Beach Bums Ice Cream and Legends Games and Comics the building was sold last year to Reisterstown developer Meir Duke. No store has yet moved in.
As part of a project we're working on about Towson's retail climate, we want your thoughts: If you could put anything in here, what would it be? Tell us in the comments.

How about a sushi place, hookah lounge, sub/pizza place... wait, I thought you said what DON'T you want to see there... Never mind.
OK, how about a middle eastern restaurant that would go beyond baba ganoush and falafel? A pharmacy to serve all the new residential construction in Towson? I don't know, surprise me. I would LOVE to see something that isn't a chain and relies on the imagination and blood, sweat, and tears of the shop owner.
