Man Allegedly Caught Breaking Into Neighbor's Apartment

A man was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary on Sept. 24 after he allegedly broke into his neighbor's apartment.
At around 3:30 p.m., Jose Cardona, 38, of the 900 block of Dulaney Valley Court entered the apartment in the same building through an unlocked window, according to a Baltimore County police report. Nothing was stolen.
Police said Cardona was arrested at the scene.
Online court records show that Cardona is scheduled for hearing at Baltimore County District Court on Oct. 19.

He should NOT be allowed to continue as a 'neighbor' if this is the way he makes his living. With 'neighbors' like this who needs outside burglars?
