A man was struck in the face while chasing two robbers who allegedly stole his phone on Oct. 15.
At around 7:35 p.m., two men stole a phone from a man sitting at a table at Pho Dat Thanh, according to a Baltimore County Police Department report. The robbers then ran from the restaurant in the 500 block of York Road.
Police said the man chased the robbers, and was struck in the face. He told officers that he saw the pair run north on York Road toward the Towson Town Center.
Jermaine Antawn Wyatt, 21, of the 1500 block of Burnwood Road in Baltimore and Andre Donta Brisbon, 24, of the 500 block of E. 30th Street in Baltimore were arrested after leaving Macy's in the mall, the report reads. The phone was located in the bushes at the Trader Joe's parking lot.

What losers! Now they were arrested for what gain? What was the purpose?? I think these guys need to go back to school and learn some common sense. These two are on the road to jail if not now, than I am sure it will be in the future.
