Ya but what they didn't say here is he wasnt trustpassing he was on state land and this guy started arguing with him asking what he was doing near there property. He was tracking a deer he shot the day before. The owners of the land told the victim to step through the opening to give them his info so they can call the cops. But before he stepped on there property at there request he unloaded his gun right in front of them like they asked. This article doesn't say that. The victim was unarmed when he got shot. He got shot after he stood there for an hour waiting and he told the guy im going back on the other side of the fence where I was to begin with. Thats when he got shot. While going back on state land where he was to begin with. And they also dont say that the man didn't just shoot once he shot twice. First time missed then second hit him. This is a crime there is no reason to why this man should have got shot.

Imagine being in the woods with 2 guys, both with loaded shot guns, who are aggressively questioning you for an hour. They both spend the next 10 minutes what to do as you are screaming a bleeding profusely. This is called a shotting and a crime. The guy shot is a victim.
