Towson Men Arrested for Burglarizing Sleeping Neighbor

Police said one of the suspects had brought a steak knife to the scene.

Two men were arrested after police said they allegedly robbed a sleeping neighbor early Monday morning.

John Henry Rosenberger, 22, and Bryan Hans Moeller, 21—both residents of an apartment in the 200-block of Rodgers Forge Road—were charged with burglary after the pair allegedly stole a television from a neighbor who resides in the same block, according to a Baltimore County Police Department report. Police said the burglary occurred between 2:20 and 3:23 a.m.

After the theft, police said both suspects left the scene but Rosenberger returned to destroy evidence. He was arrested upon his return and allegedly confessed that the television was in his apartment, according to the report.

Rosenberger had brought a steak knife to the victim's apartment when he returned but it was not used in the crime, said Cpl. Cathy Batton, a police spokeswoman.

Police said they arrested Moeller and found the television when they went to the suspects' apartment.

I was wondering the same thing. Maybe Nayana Davis could research that for us. The Rodgers Forge Apartments have a high percentage of TU students. The school even provides bus service to the apartments.

Both Rosenburger and Moeller are listed on the Towson student email list. http://tiger.towson.edu/studenthomepages/m.html

If it where not for the steak knife - I would have shrugged this off as a harmless prank. Was the Victim a student too ?

You obviously never went to college and/or belonged to a Fraternity. I know some guys that came home with their furniture on the roof of their rancher rental home.

Yes. A lot of Tu students live in these Partments. TU even provides commuting bus service for them.
Neither of the student's TU home pages are completely set up. However, one of them did post his email address on his Tu page. Patch will be running another article about this burglary on Monday.

They are both very hot dudes...they would not have had to burglarize me...I'd have let them both in. Both are gorgeous guys!
