State contractors will close lanes of Loch Raven Boulevard beginning Sunday night to complete roadwork.
Contractors will be milling and repaving northbound lanes between the Baltimore City line and Taylor Avenue. The work begins at 8 p.m. Sunday and will last through 5 a.m., and will continue with the same hours Sundays through Thursdays until the work is completed, which should take about a month, State Highway Administration spokesman Charlie Gischlar said.
Crews will work on one lane of the road at a time. Watch for closures if you're driving in the area.

Why would the County be paving this part of Loch Raven Blvd? They just finished paving between Register and Taylor last year.

We got the information from SHA. I'll double-check with Charlie Gischlar.

Gischlar says the "southbound lanes were completed late last year."
