"Burglars target homes, businesses." That's sort of the definition of burglars, isn't it?

A.young lady told me that her Mom taught her the following. You are only guilty if you are caught. Stunning! So, I would guess these scum bags feel the same way. It will only get worse.

That reminds of gamblers that say, "It only gambling if you lose", or something like that....hence, it's only stealing if you get caught?!....very sad...

Towson is turning into the hood! What happened to the beautiful college town I remember?!?! There are way too many bus lines and although I see police often, they are not doing much in the way of effectiveness. How is it that all these crimes are being committed? I saw a girl getting "jumped" in broad daylight off of Goucher blvd. This is not what I want my kids seeing. Just really despicable people around here. Really makes me sick to see this city go to Sh*&^t

Yes it is. Kids in a stolen vehicle drove through the Lock Raven and Knettishalll neighborhoods and stole UPS packages right off peoples proches including mine, November 13th. They were apprehended in Baltimore City with a trunkload of UPS packages from the area's they robbed....I made a police report with Towson PD and from what the UPS man told me so did a bunch of others, Now you tell me what the heck is happening here!! The place is going to hell in a handbag "FAST".
