Towson Crime: Men Arrested for Breaking In, Lying Down

Towson Manor Village
Ridge Avenue, 200 block. 10:55 a.m. Feb. 12. Someone used a key left in a home's front door and laid down in a bed. The person refused to leave until police arrived. Police arrested Adam David Collins, 20, also of the 200 block of Ridge Ave. He was charged with fourth-degree burglary and trespassing and released Feb. 13 on $10,000 bail.
Knollwood-Donnybrook
Knollwood Road, 7900 block. 1:49 a.m. Feb. 12. Someone kicked an apartment door open and laid down. Police arrested Adam John Ryblcznski, 22, of the 200 block of Donnybrook Lane. He was charged with fourth-degree burglary and destruction of property. No further information is available.
Downtown Towson
Dulaney Valley Road, 900 block. Between 3:30 p.m. Feb. 4 and 8 a.m. Feb. 6. Prescription pads and $60 in cash were reported stolen from a doctor's office. Police believe the items were stolen after a hole was cut in the office's drywall through the adjacent sprinkler room.
York Road, 400 block. 6:26 a.m. Feb. 9. At Jamaica Junction, the front door glass was found broken.
Towson Place
Putty Hill Avenue and La Salle Road. 6:53 p.m. Feb. 7. A man was waiting for a bus when two men approached and began punching and kicking him, police said. They stole an iPhone 4, a black leather coat, an orange and black shoe and a shirt and broke a watch. The victim suffered cuts and a knocked-out tooth.
Hillendale
Halstead Road, 1300 block. Between 8:10 a.m. and 5:10 p.m. Feb. 7. Two Acer tablet computers, an Xbox console, video games, a Hewlett-Packard laptop, two gold rings and a gold bracelet were reported stolen from a home. The front basement window was found broken.
