They all did the right thing. Taking someone's life is morally wrong and their are too many cases where people who served extensive jail time were later found to be innocent. Life in prison without parole is living in hell.

I disagree with you mike. Life in prison is a cake walk compared to being put to death for committing a heinous crime. Along with life in prison the murderers live with day to day amenities to help pass the time all at the expense of you the tax payer. As far as "there are too many cases where people who served extensive jail time were later found to be innocent" these cases are very miniscule compared in relation with the murderers who have heinously earned their spot on death row.

Why by whose morals? If your christian your God approved of it didn't he? Also with DNA and new restrictions I don't believe innocent people are put to death.Being a Christian if My God chose this method to kill his son.Why wasn't Jesus first lessons to apostles not to execute? Why did they allow a guilty man to Redeem himself next to jesus on cross by admitting his guilt and taking his punishment? Those that say God Doesn't believe in death sentence prove it? You allow our soldiers to die in combat don't you? The only people this will save are gang leaders and hitmen.Crazy people who commit mass nurder usually die by suicide by themselves or by police. If you voted to eliminate who exactly did you join sides withyour God who allowed it or Evil who allowed the murderer to walk that day in Jerusalem. If your an athesist I believe you have a valid arguement but if your christian ,please don't use the lord's teachings as a lawyer interprets them.God himself chose his side of this arguement. So hypocritical of you especially rejoicing around easter.

Nothing to try again. They voted with the tax and spend liberal to allow us to clothe and feed murderers. You lie with dogs, you get fleas. O'malley barks, republicans that vote with him scratch.

Look, I think we should have kept the death penalty too. But voting with O'Malley on one issue when they consistently vote against O'Malley on tax and social issues doesn't make them O'Malley lovers.

Good job gangs can now expand into Baltimore County. It was hard for gangs to use teenage enforcers in Baltimore County.teenagers used now can kill at will as they do in city.BC Prosecutor can't threaten death sentence which kept these murders in jail for life with plea bargains. Now they will have to use the life Chip just to get them charged as adults then those 50 year sentence that the liberals say are fair will get out in 20 years at most.15 year old retirement plan Kill someone for gang you'll be out by 35 and set up for life.Delagates good job your smarter than God himself that used the death sentence to utilize his crowning moment, didn't Jesus tell Guilty criminal who repented he'd go to heaven? If God was against it couldn't he have let that other man go and still prove his point? Civilization and God created death penalty ,lawyers and profit took it away.
