Tree Removal Closing Portion of West Joppa Road

A red oak tree was determined to be a hazard by Baltimore County Department of Public Works officials.

Motorists who travel on West Joppa Road should consider an alternate route on Feb. 17.

The road will be closed from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., between Charles Street and Woodbine avenues for a tree removal, according to an email from Councilman David Marks. A red oak tree at 607 West Joppa Road was determined to be a hazard by the Baltimore County Department of Public Works.
