Does anyone have an idea of when the Baltimore Marathon was initiated? I say 1916, when it was a 5 mile run from City Hall through Remington and back, but I would love to know the history. Anyone?

Kathleen, I'm not sure what the marathon's history is either. But I can look around and see if I can find an answer.
