On Wednesday the governor addressed the members of the Senate and House of Delegates with his annual State of the State address. While we have been hearing rumors for the past few weeks of what the governor was going to propose this year, this week's address had lawmakers on both sides of the aisle stunned. Here is a short list of what the O'Malley-Brown administration has proposed...

• Gas Tax - 18-cent per gallon increase on gas
• App Tax - applying the sales tax to all iTunes and internet downloads 
• Verizon Tax - applying a tax to all land lines
• Flush Tax - increasing and changing the structure to be based on usage
• Thousandaires Tax - eliminating the mortgage interest deduction for people making $100,000 or more
