A group of Civil Marriage Act supports gathered for a "bridge party" Thursday night in Towson on Dulaney Valley Road over the Beltway. Excitement was palpable amoing the group and with drivers as they toote their horns in support.

The Civil Marriage Protection Act will be the the ballot on November 6th as a referendum issue. A vote "for" will keep the law in place.
