Good morning Towson! Baltimore County lacks a zoo. But the county's animal shelter in Baldwin occasionally plays host to the likes of alligators and parrots. Today, the county will post its database of many county employees and their salaries. The Baltimore Sun put theirs up on Thursday. Accuweather says it will be "sunny and nice" today, with a high of 85. Then it heats up again to the mid 90s over the weekend. Good morning Towson! The state released Maryland State Assessment results yesterday. We checked the report cards of Towson's schools—all of them did pretty well. County Executive Kevin Kamenetz will be at the farmers' market today to recognize Towson's rank on a Money magazine list of the best places for the rich and single. Police have charged a suspect in the double murders on Loch Bend Drive. Brian Lamont Eggleston Jr. is accused of shooting his pregnant girlfriend and her 4-year-old daughter. State schools superintendent Nancy Grasmick announced her retirement Wednesday, after two decades on the job. Stoneleigh Elementary School was one of several schools which sent a steel pan drum band to play at the 10th annual Panorama at Parkville High. Stoneleigh was the only elementary school represented.
