More About Towson High School
One of the county's oldest high schools, Towson High often ranks on national lists as one of the top high schools in the country. The school routinely makes Newsweek's list of the nation's top high schools. In 2010, it ranked 334.
The school features a law and public policy magnet program, where students take courses in law research, legal writing and trial law. The school even has a mock courtroom, complete with a jury box.
Towson High's eclectic list of alumni includes late actor Divine, All Time Low bassist Zachary Merrick and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps.
