BILL AND HELEN MURRAY JAZZ RESIDENCY FEATURING MATT WILSON
The Department of Music and the Jazz and Commercial Music division present the Bill and Helen Jazz Residency artist - internationally acclaimed percussionist Matt Wilson. This concert will feature Mr. Wilson performing with an ensemble of students from Towson’s internationally acclaimed Jazz program with whom he has coached and performed during the week-long residency. Mr. Wilson is known for his humor and serious musicianship. Expect anything! All proceeds benefit the Bill and Helen Murray Jazz Residency.

Launched in 1866 as a teachers' college, Towson University has grown from humble roots to become the second-largest university in Maryland. Boasting 21,000 students on its 328-acre campus, Towson offers programs for undergraduate, master's and doctoral students.
