Emme is an Ambassador for the National Eating Disorders Association and a vocal advocate for people of all ages to live a healthy lifestyle, while simultaneously combating societal and peer pressure. On February 24, Emme will present “Connecting Body + Mind + Spirit” during which she will promote daily strategies for personal healing, positive body image, self-acceptance and eating disorder prevention.

In her talk, Emme will delve into maintaining a gratitude driven day-to-day existence to help shift out of fear, self loathing and poor self esteem. She'll also talk about leaning on the positives and faking-it-till-you-make-it to help accomplish goals by living in the present moment. Reflecting on her own experiences, Emme will share real life strategies and resources to help others create meaninful and positive connections with their bodies.
