DANCES IN PROGRESS, SENIOR SEMINAR CONCERT
Senior dance majors strive to move and inspire their audience with original choreographic works. Each one of them is unique. Together they have grown, learned and persevered through their journeys at Towson and through life with dance as their backbone and stepping-stone. Their senior concert strives to reach beyond boundaries in both dance and in life, constantly pushing further and deeper; a reflection of their growth and the beginning of their future in a profession.
More About Towson University
Launched in 1866 as a teachers' college, Towson University has grown from humble roots to become the second-largest university in Maryland. Boasting 21,000 students on its 328-acre campus, Towson offers programs for undergraduate, master's and doctoral students.
The campus also hosts an Asian arts center, a women's center, a nationally-recognized audiology clinic, the Baltimore Hebrew Institute, the Albert S. Cook Library, The Towerlight and the popular WTMD-FM. More important, it's also home to the 4,500 students who live on campus during the academic year.
The campus is busy year-round with regional conferences, sporting events and even top-shelf concerts like the annual Tigerfest.
The Towson Tigers play in the Colonial Athletic Association of the NCAA's Division I.
