Guests attending this exciting event w ill be more than just spectators\, as they enjoy the unique experience o f witnessing two spectacular area chefs battle it out in the prep kitche n right on the main floor. Each evening two chef teams go head-to-head t o prepare an appetizer\, entré\;e and dessert for each of three ex pert judges\, as well as amuse bouche portions of their entrees for  \;"Judging Experience" ticket holders and a few lucky randomly selected audience member judges. Their creations are scored on creativity\, prese ntation and taste\, and only one chef advances to the next round. At the end of this tournament only one of the 16 competing chefs will emerge a s THE Mason Dixon Master Chef!There will be two alternating Masters of C eremonies for the event\, Sergio Vitale and Richard Todd Karoll. Sergio Vitale\, is returning as MC on Monday nights\, he is a well-known Baltim ore restaurateur and co-owner of Zagat&rsquo\;s highest scoring Italian restaurant in Maryland - Aldo&rsquo\;s. He also co-owns Chazz: A Bronx O riginal\, with academy award winner Chazz Palminteri. Richard Todd Karol l will be MC on Tuesday evenings\, the former cake decorator at Charm Ci ty Cakes was featured on the Food Network&rsquo\;s top-rated Ace of Cake s for two seasons. He is currently General Manager of the Red Star Resta urant Group in \;Baltimore.Finally\, and best of all\, guests will b e supporting a local charity\, since 10% of the net proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland (http://w ww.mealsonwheelsmd.org/). \;The event kicks off June 25th with two c ompetitions held per week on Mondays and Tuesdays most weeks until Septe mber 10th.
