Chef Sarich is collaborating with Cafe Troia Executive Chef George Batlas on a four course prix fixe wine dinner. We are pairing select, premium wines from the Ste. Michelle Wine Estate portfolio with fabulous dishes created by these two talented chefs. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
