Franny is a little sweetie. She gently takes treats and is very attentive and responsive. She loves playing tug of war and simply laying down to chew on her toys. Franny is quite snuggly. Impound #3837;

The county executive is always making a point to boast how big the population is in Baltimore County, yet no one person among that population can see what a wonderful pet Franny would make. Come on county residents, you have amazing, adoptable animals right here at YOUR shelter - get out there and adopt a wonderful animal. Shame on you county residents, allowing so many wonderful animals to die there. Yes you are as much to blame with your apathy.

REALLY? That's your stance, shame on county residents for unwanted animals dying ? We are as much to blame? Really? You have lost your feeble little mind.

Have you ever been to this shelter? Have you ever thought about volunteering at this shelter? Have you ever donated anything to this shelter? Have you ever done anything at this shelter to help, in anyway, the animals? Yes, that is my stance, particularly when county residents don't care enough to support the homeless animals there. Do you know how many animals die there every year? Could you care? I get the sense the residents consider this shelter a dirty little secret where animals die - outta sight outta mind. Why are thousands of feral cats/moms & babies killed there every year? Because the residents don't support it, they believe to keep killing will solve the problem, hasn't worked yet. Just seems residents in this county would just rather not know. Keep your tax dollars flowing into this high kill shelter so you all can sleep at night. Thanks for the concern over my mind!

I gave never been to the shelter and have no plans to. It's not my burden to worry about the animals. I don't know how many animals die at the shelter and do t care. I pay my taxes and take care of my dog. And like I said, you trying to put a guilt trip on county residents is absurd. Some people can't afford to feed their own children. Shaking my heav
