BALTIMORE, MD (April 30, 2014) – Hill Management Services, Inc. has revealed a comprehensive $15 million renovation and improvement strategy currently underway at six separate commercial office and warehouse projects situated throughout the Baltimore metropolitan marketplace. The program was designed to pro-actively improve the overall business environment for existing tenants, and is typical of Hill Management’s re-investment strategy.

            Among the highlights of the construction projects is the installation of 1,240 floor-to-ceiling windows at the Executive Plaza complex, a four-building portfolio in Hunt Valley containing approximately 550,000 square feet of commercial office space. The scope of work at this project also includes renovating the common-area restrooms and main lobbies in each building, replacing the HVAC system, and upgrading the elevators and exterior signage package and landscaping. GVA Architects created and managed this program.

            Improvements at Timonium Corporate Center, a 132,000 square foot high-rise office tower on Deereco Road in Timonium include upgrading the elevator systems, renovating the main lobby with new flooring, walls and an upgraded fountain and modernizing the exterior elements such as installing new landscaping.  

            Galleria Atrium and Galleria Towers, two office buildings on York Road in Lutherville will be the beneficiary of upgraded elevators and a renovated entrance. All the common-area restrooms have been renovated at Padonia Center, an office building situated on East Padonia Road in Timonium. In addition, improvements to Padonia Commerce Building, a 180,000 square foot office/warehouse in the Towson-Hunt Valley Business Corridor of Baltimore County include renovating the main lobby and restrooms.
