Kids 12 and under can go trick or treating at select mall stores. Look for the orange pumpkin outside participating retailers.

This info is a pile of crap. I went on the actual Towson Town Center website an they said that there is no mall wide trick or treating... Glad I didn't tell my kids what you had said. Thanks for nothing!!!
