This summer, Baltimore County is alive with the sounds of music. These concerts have the best price of all: under $5. Most are free! Outdoors with a family picnic or indoors out of the heat, here are just a few of this summer’s free concerts in Baltimore County. As always, check the venue before you head out.

Lurman Woodland Concerts

From New Orleans Jazz to reggae to the golden age of rock and roll, free outdoor concerts every Saturday and Sunday 6:00-8:00 p.m. until August 26.

Towson’s Block Parties

Grab your lawn chairs and blankets for free live music, children’s activities and food. Every Friday night, 6:00-9:30 p.m., Allegheny Avenue in Towson. For more information, click here.

Charlestown Performing Arts

This August, enjoy early American music, the U.S. Naval Academy Band, and Harbor City Music Company.  Sundays at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Charlestown. For more information, click here.
