, a high-end eatery emphasizing regional American cuisine, premiered its lunch service Monday.
"We definitely felt there was a need in Towson to have a little more upscale option for the lunch crown," said Daniel Henry, executive chef.
Lunch will be served Mondays through Fridays, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
"We have more salads and sandwiches available for lunch," Henry said.
The summer lunch menu can be viewed in full on the restaurant's website.
Henry said the restaurant wasn't packed for the first service, but the feedback was positive.
"We heard good things," he said.
