The National Weather Service reports that the wintry mix is slated to begin after noon.

Those planning to leave the office for lunch may want to stay indoors Friday.

Have they barricaded us all in yet? We might not be able to get out for an hour or so. I wonder if I should run to the store or just run around outside in general. I'm sure the media will tell me what to do. LOL

It's a Baltimore instinct, but most folks don't know the history and reasoning.
The idea is that you get a big pot and mix the milk, bread, & toilet paper into a smooth slurry. You spread it on the sidewalk ("payment" in Balmorese) and it makes the payment easier to shovel after the storm. Really, Hon!
