CATONSVILLE CO-ED ADULT FUTSAL LEAGUE  (Think court soccer)
If you're an active soccer player, or maybe someone just hungry for an opportunity to get back in the game (no reason for younger kids to have all the fun), come in from the dark & cold and get your kicks for two hours of organized, reasonably competitive, pick-up court soccer every Wednesday night from 8-10pm
Futsal? That's the name of FIFA's official version of "indoor soccer" (aka "court soccer") & is played 5v5, (with unlimited substitutions on the fly) with the biggest difference being the use of a specifically designed, slightly smaller, low-bounce ball - which makes it much easier to control, & incredibly fun to play! Also, as in outdoor soccer, futsal is played within touchlines - with ours being the basketball lines, & the three-point arc as the goal box. Finally, with rule changes that opt for kick-ins instead of throw-ins, the elimination of slide-tackles &/or strong shoulder charges, futsal = just a smaller version of the beautiful game, & one where "bigger/stronger" actually have, well... little impact. (And since futsal does use touchlines, there's also no risk of getting slammed into those dasher boards used in traditional "American indoor soccer"!)
Limited spots still available, so get in touch asap to register!
Who: Adult Men & Women (Ages 16+) Sign up individually or register a whole team! (Please note: The intent here is to provide one of the few options for area adults to get their kicks. We also know there are people who may want &/or need to bring their younger soccer players along. While there are bleachers where younger ones can sit, unattended children are not permitted. With limited time & space available to us, participation is limited to players ages 16+.)

Sports you know are against the Moco Coco culture! Now as a moco cocon myself, I find the arts and ballet a way to release your energy in a non-violent way.
