A 15-year-old boy was attacked near Hillsway Avenue and Perring Parkway.

A 15-year-old boy was attacked by robbers after they stole his phone.

According to a Baltimore County police report,  the boy gave the robbers his phone, valued at $200, near the 6800 block of McClean Boulevard on Tuesday night.

Police said that on Nov. 6, the robbers and boy then walked near Hillsway Avenue and Perring Parkway, where the robbers—described as men in their twenties—struck the boy twice in the face.

The robbers fled on Sindall Road, the report reads.

It's unclear from the report whether the boy was coerced into giving up his phone or into walking to the second location.

The police department's office of communications is closed on Monday in observance of Veterans Day. No further information is available.
