Can I find out anything about why there are so many police cars in my neighborhood at night? Also, there were four police cars and an ambulance in my neighborhood about two weeks ago. How can I find out any info about this?

Probably the same reason there are now police helicopters flying around several times each week. The creeping fungus from Baltimore City has made it to Timonium, partially helped by the wonderful Light Rail.
