I wonder, was there a description of the perpetrators?

I don't need to wonder. I know the description.

I think this report stigmatizes teenagers. Someone apparently choose to either omit further descriptions or the victim was blind and asked the teenagers their age before they fled. Was more info. given on the police report? Should I be fearing teenagers now, because they seem to be the common link in these Patch reports. Is their any other common link I should be aware of?
