A Towson man is in police custody after investigators tied him to three different break-ins, one involving a sexual assault, police announced Monday.
Ricky Marion Bostic, 43, of the 200 block of Towsontown Court, is charged with attempted fourth-degree burglary, trespassing, peeping tom, disorderly conduct, first-degree burglary, and attempted first-degree burglary.
A 38-year-old woman reported that she had fallen asleep on her couch while watching a movie in her living room in the 100 block of Versailles Circle, in the Versailles Apartments. Shortly after 3 a.m. on July 19, the woman woke when she heard a man opening a sliding glass door. She yelled for her boyfriend, and the man fled, according to police.
Bostic was arrested shortly afterward and found him carrying credit cards from a burglary elsewhere at the Versailles complex, according to police.
Bostic matched the description of a man wanted in a . Bostic's fingerprints matched those recovered at the scene in May.
In that incident, a resident reported waking up to find a man touching her. Police say a roommate may also have been a victim, but was unable to tell police what had happened.
Bostic was charged with first-degree sex offense, first-degree burglary, and third-degree sex offense for the May incident.
Police spokeswoman Cpl. Cathy Batton said police are investigating whether Bostic has any connection to other incidents.
He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
