Police: Perry Hall Man Threatened Woman at Gunpoint

Police arrested and charged Andrews Justin Rogers on Sunday.

Police have arrested and charged a Perry Hall man, who allegedly assaulted and threatened his girlfriend at gunpoint.

At about 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 14, Andrews Justin Rogers, 28, was drinking with his girlfriend at his apartment in the 8700 block of Blairwood Road. The two got into an argument, began physically fighting and Rogers pointed a loaded handgun at his girlfriend, according to Officer Mark Dorsey of the Parkville police precinct.

The handgun was not fired and no serious injuries were reported, according to Dorsey.

Rogers was arrested and charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault, and was released on $75,000 bail on Monday, online court records show.

A booking photo of Rogers was not immediately avilable Monday afternoon, according to Baltimore County police.

Too bad he didn't look down the barrel of the gun and pull the trigger to see if it was loaded before he pointed it at his girlfriend (who, by now, should be listed as his ex-girlfriend).

Like the paper said alleged, two sides to every story. The guy looks like he took a nice beating to. Sure the girlfriend wasn't on bath salt?
