First Degree Burglary: unit block of Acorn Circle, between 11 p.m., Oct. 5 and 9 a.m., Oct. 6. A burglar stole a video game system.
Armed Robbery: Towsontown Boulevard and Washington Avenue, 5:58 a.m., Oct. 5. A man’s dog helped stop a robbery. Two robbers—one armed with a gun—approached a man who was walking his dog. One of the robbers pointed a gun at the man and they began to assault him and tried to steal his wallet. But both robbers fled when the man’s dog came up to them.
Attempted First Degree Burglary: 1300 block of Highland Drive, between 5 p.m., Oct. 4 and 7 p.m., Oct. 6. A would be burglar cut to window screens but couldn’t get into the house.
Fourth Degree Burglary: 1900 block of Glen Ridge Road, between 8 p.m., Oct. 3 and 5:30 p.m., Oct. 4. A bike was stolen from the backyard.
Second Degree Burglary: 1000 block of Cromwell Bridge Road, between 3:30 p.m., Oct. 3 and 7 a.m., Oct. 4. A burglar stole extension cords from Oak Contracting’s fenced rear lot.
Fourth Degree Burglary: 7100 block of York Road, between noon, Oct. 2 and 7:30 a.m., Oct. 6. Copper downspouts were stolen from a home.
