Tyler Waldman, Essex Patch editor, was upgraded to 'fair condition' at Maryland Shock Trauma Monday after a Nov. 26 car crash.
According to an email from a family member, Waldman is expected to leave Shock Trauma for inpatient services at another medical facility as early as Tuesday.
The 24-year-old Towson resident suffered serious injuries after his Honda Civic was struck by a Ford Mustang at the intersection of Goucher Boulevard and E. Joppa Road.
The driver of the Mustang, identified by Baltimore County Police as 37-year-old Rosedale woman Shervale T. Kenney, was treated for minor injuries at Sinai Hospital.
Police are still investigating the crash.
