Gov. Martin O'Malley (Democrat) and Texas Gov. Rick Perry (Republican) debated who had the better plan for job creation after ads featuring Perry urging businesses to move to the Lone Star State from Maryland started airing this month.
O'Malley responded to the adds saying that Perry was "all hat and no cattle."
The two executives, who are rumored to be interested in seeking their parties' presidential nominations in 2016, took the debate up a notch when they debated each other Wednesday night on CNN's "Crossfire."
