Baltimore County Public Schools will close two hour early on Friday, according to Superintendent Dallas Dance.
On his Twitter account, Dance cited impending inclement weather as the reason behind the early closure. All afternoon and evening activities will be canceled.
Seriously, the whole system, every decision, made solely to tick you off. Search your heart, you know this to be true.
