Yoga for Everybody is a yoga class that is designed to work for people of various fitness levels. Appropriate for beginners or for those who have been practicing yoga and wish a full yoga class that offers a pace in tuned with the end of the day.Classes include breathwork and meditation. Alignment, practicing safely and stress reduction are emphasized. Peaceful large space in which to practice. Classes are drop-in style and donation fee. All are welcome, please come several minutes early for your first class.
