If you’ve never been to a yoga class or a simply a beginner, this seminar will offer an experiential introduction to yoga philosophy and the physical, mental, and spiritual practice. This class will be gentle and restorative, focusing on shoulder tension and de-stressing. Any physical ability level is welcome!
