Would not recommend this company for decorating your event. I contracted them 2 weeks prior to the event and paid in full. On the day of my daughters party, we arrived to the venue to find no decorations. After contacting them, they did agree to come. The balloons were completed when the party was nearly half over, and were not what I requested. When I called the owner the Monday following to ask for a full refund, after denying me my money back, she hung up on me. Classy. I give them one star because ordering was easy, as was paying, they happily took my check and cashed it.
