Towson Fire Station

The Towson precinct of the Baltimore County Fire Department was built in 1955 and is home to two fire engines, one ladder truck and two medics. On an average day, 12 firefighters and four EMTs work out of the building. The station's location is unusual, and there is no signal to alert when a fire truck is about to leave, so drivers should be careful not to block the station's exit, especially during rush hour.
