Woman Who Allegedly Hit Baltimore City Officers Had Prior Charges

Alycia Marie Hoffman, 25, faces narcotics possession charges as well traffic offenses

The woman that allegedly hit two Baltimore City police officers with a car on Wednesday, previously faced theft charges as a result of being a passenger in a car during a fatal accident in July 2011.   Alycia Marie Hoffman, 25, was arrested and charged with drug possession and several traffic offenses after she allegedly struck two police officers with a car and then led a chase into Baltimore County, according to police. Hoffman, of Bel Air, after allegedly striking the officers, led police on a chase through Northeast Baltimore, Towson, Parkville and Carney before county police cars boxed her in and forced her to a stop. Alleged Seven Courts Burglars Charged In Two Additional Burglaries

Kendra Mellerson and Aaron Robinson, arrested in connection with a Dec. 5 burglary in Seven Courts, have been charged with burglaries in Carney and Towson.

After being arrested in connection with a break-in in the Seven Courts area, a pair of alleged burglars have been charged with additional break-ins in Towson and Carney. Kendra Cierra Mellerson, 23, of the 5800 block of Cedonia Avenue, and Aaron Duane Robinson Jr, 26, of the 4100 block of Glenmore Avenue were arrested and charged in connection with a burglary in the 300 block of North Trail Way on Dec. 5. Now the pair face charges connected to burglaries that took place on Nov. 30 and Dec. 4 in the unit block of Britmore Court in Carney and the 900 block of Breezewick Circle in Towson, according to police spokeswoman Cpl. Cathleen Batton. Batton said that detectives are investigating the pair in other burglaries, but that no other charges …

Carney Man, Franklin High Teacher Indicted On Assault Charges

Aaron Anthony Joseph, who also taught at Carver, was recently indicted by grand jury on charges stemming from an incident in July.

A Baltimore County Public School teacher and Carney resident was indicted by a grand jury on assault charges on Monday. Aaron Anthony Joseph was arrested on July 16 for allegedly pointing a handgun at three workers removing trees on a property adjacent to his home in the 9900 block of Finney Drive in Carney. The workers were preparing a property at 9900 Harford Road for construction, according to a police report. At the time, police charged Joseph with three counts of first-degree assault, felony use of a firearm and a handgun violation. You can view the indictment in a .pdf file attached to this article.
