Driver Flees Baltimore Police After Drug Stop
The pursuit started in Baltimore, went to the Pennsylvania state line before coming back to the city.
(UPDATED), 6:09 p.m.—Christopher Woolard, 33, allegedly led police on a long, winding chase through the area after speeding away from a drug stop. Woolard, who already has a long criminal record including charges ranging from several drug dealing charges to accusations of witness intimidation, now faces narcotics and traffic charges. A traffic stop related to a drug investigation sparked a police pursuit that blazed an odd trail through the area. Sgt.
