More than 12 miles of Towson roads will be resurfaced by late 2014, Councilman David Marks announced Tuesday. Baltimore County crews will resurface the following roads, according to an email from the Perry Hall Republican, who represents Towson: Rodgers Forge Blenheim, Dorking, Dumbarton, Dunkirk, Gaywood, Glen Argyle, Heathfield, Hopkins, Midhurst, Overbrook and Pinehurst roads, and Regestester Avenue. Glen Argyle and Heathfield roads, and Regester Avenue will be resurfaced first and the other streets will have upgrades to their sewer lines.
