From 9 a.m.-1 p.m. April 14, drop off a host of household hazardous waste at the Baltimore County Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability's event. It's held in cooperation with Baltimore County Police, Fire and Public Works. Baltimore police are searching for a homicide suspect who is known to hang around the Alameda in the city and Cockeysville area Walmarts. Police are searching Tavon "Twin" Barnett, 19, who allegedly shot and killed 29-year-old Terrance Seale in the 1200 block of Linworth Avenue on Nov. 3, according to a news release. Police describe Barnett as a black male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 180 pounds, with gold front teeth and an unknown tattoo on his right arm. He is known to hang around in the area of the 5600 block of The Alameda and various Walmarts near Cockeysville, according to a news release. The driver of a motorcycle was killed after he crashed head-on onto an SUV Saturday morning in Cockeysville.
UPDATED 11:33 a.m. Oct. 27: A man driving a motorcycle was killed Saturday morning after he struck an SUV head-on in Cockeysville. The man, whose name will not be released until his family is notified, was declared dead at the scene, according to a Baltimore County Police press release. The driver of the SUV, a Toyota 4Runner, was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center with serious injuries. The passengers in the SUV, an adult female and two juveniles, were taken to other area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
