Baltimore County Schools Open 2 Hours Late
Light snow and cold temperatures combine to delay opening.
A light snowfall overnight and the coldest temperatures of the winter so far have combined to delay the opening of Baltimore County Schools Thursday. School officials announced the two-hour delay on the Baltimore County Public Schools website early Thursday morning.

Tim et al, Good Comments from all. Tim is so right to say the County (Gov and BCPS) has been run with no forethought in mind. We live in a society that kicks the proverbial tin can down the street, instead of dealing with the issues.
