What an ignorant comment!! You are most likely unaware that the media doesn't really report other dogs, because the pit bull is the bad boy breed of the times, and they feed the ignorant that fears pit bulls. The liberals are trying to ban pit bulls, as they try to ban everything, but the real issue is bad owners. When thugs find a new breed as their trendy dog, pit bulls will be placed in the same areana with the former scary dogs the media used to vilify, such as the German Shepherd, the Doberman, and the Rottweiler. As long as the ignorant public buys into the whole bad breed thing, the media will continue feeding it. Pit bulls are way over report in comparison to other breeds, and that is a fact that has been proven. Here is a little proof of that:

bahahahahaha..... Really? Have you ever owned a pit bull? They are no more unpredictable than any other dometicated dog. Any veterinarian will back that up. It all depends on the owner. Many people are drawn to pit bulls because of the negative image and rumors that surrond them. So, it's people like you that are advertising them to the very people that you or I wouldn't want owning them. As far as wild, they are not, and as far as unstable, they are not at all. I bet you, like most other ignorant people on pit bulls, have not a lick of experience with them. Seriously, there are approximately 8 million pit bulls in the US, so if they were unpredictable, we would have millions of pit bull attacks per year, and that simply isn't the case. 99.9% of them will never even nip a human, but you are saying they are unpredictable? Laughable!!!

Yes, she's a nut. She can be found posting the same old nonsense every day on almost every article. Sadly, this lady is out of her mind. little people with little power that just want to be heard, even if they know what they say is completely off the wall.

Maybe in the ghetto, but in nice areas, it's simply not the case. Stop blaming the dog, and place blame on crappy owners, which you describe. until you pea brained individuals figure that out, nothing will get any better. Pit bulls aren't going anywhere, except up in popularity, and you can thank all of the haters for exploiting the pit bull, making a scene, putting them in the limelight. If you pay attention to history, every single breed that has been vilified, starts off with bad people, the bleeding heart libs cry, bring attention to the dog, the animal lovers and experts tell it like it is, adopt these dogs, public fear diminisishes, and we are left with a highly respected dog, while people cry about another breed. This is nothing new, and I wish the haters would realize that they are ultimately responsible for making the dog popular as all can be. That;s how it works, and if you understand human nature, than you completely understand what I am saying. If you fail to see it, well then you are tunnel minded or lack understanding of human nature.

    Sean,

It is not the responsibility of the landlord to cover his tenants negligence or irresponsibility. This law came about, because someone that was tunnel-minded pushed the courts to discriminate against pit bulls, basically looking for deeper pockets. This affected anyone that rented and owned a pit bull and the dogs themselves. People were being forced to move out or give up their pit bulls, which the vast majority were good. That is all that changed. If you were mauled by a German shepherd, lab, chow, Rottweiler or any other breed, the law remains the same. All it did was put the law back to the way it was, removing pit bull discrimination. Should the landlord be liable if their tenants kids harm you or destroy your property? Same thing

That's correct, any dog can be trained to attack. Pit bulls genetically are not the best attack dogs. They are more of a working do and used for fighting other dogs. Typically too friendly by nature, but as this turd proved, pits can be trained to attack as well. German Shepherds are better attack dogs, as that is why the police use german shepherds for attacking. Police use pit bulls as well, but more for search and rescue operations. It's obvious RoastPuppy is a troll spewing nonsense.

You sure seem to be a know-it-all. It is obvious that you are anti-pit bull, and come here with bogus, concocted info. I see that you are using multiple screen names often as well. You are 3 people on this page alone. You have to do that, because most people don't believe pit bulls are the issue, but rather the owners. At least they know that nowadays. You are somehow stuck in the past, and hold a grudge. Sorry that you are that way, just as I am sorry for anyone else in life that was left behind the power curve.

    Tony,

If you don't know what an "Old English Bulldogge" is, you have no business in this debate. You are showing major ignorance in all of your comments.
