Sorry to say that I do not have the experience that you are thinking of, but I do consider myself a pragmatist at best. I am a disabled lady, in her 50's that would love to see Towson move forward.
I was referencing the article that Tyler Waldman had mentioned and the ideas just kept popping for me. For example, having a theater instead of the retail would benefit the ideas of closing off York Rd. and making it a walkway that would connect the merchants, restaurant owners and other businesses. Having a theater would also provide programs for the Dept. of Aging as well as the students that I have mentioned. It's becoming a domino vision for me.
Now as far as T.U, doesn't the new President have experience in just what you and I are thinking?
