On the article Northbound I-95 to Temporarily Close Monday

Honeygo Hal

Originally, the Express Toll Lanes were supposed to have an exit, with an elaborate ramp system, at 695, and then end as merging lanes into 95 somewhere between MD 43 and MD 152. Due to the recession and the huge cost of the 695 ramps, they were eliminated. The change was to create an interchange at MD 43, with the end of the ETLs remaining as merge lanes.
The tolls will be handled entirely with EZPass, so there won't be any toll booths.
The suspected traffic mess will come as a result of MD 43 being the only exit for folks using the ETLs that want to get off 95 before Harford County. That will likely dump huge amounts of traffic onto MD 43 during the rush hours (morning to get on, and evening to get off.) You can get more details here:

Perhaps the money 'saved' by residents cleaning up should be used by the County to implement self-reporting trashcans - They tell the County when they are full:

ReplyI fall on the side of building the school, but I always enjoy seeing Kamenetz sweat and lose his cool.

Screen-name slamming means Sanchez becomes known by his knuckledragger club member name - JoeBlob. And we all know that nothing beats a JoeBlob!
JoeBlob the Steaming Pile again uses his 20-20 hindsight to zoom in on issues. Of course, he really has no idea how many other cases or individuals have been investigated and closed with no further violent acts or marathon bombings. The suspect may have used an alias to travel out of the country - how do you track that, oh drippy-chin? So then JoeBlob depends on foreign sources like the Telegraph to buttress his arguments.
I'll affirm that JoeBlob, to quote Spiro Agnew (probably a first for me), is a "Nattering Nabob of Negativism." Try just once providing a solution to one of the problems you present instead of moving on to find more things that you think people or organizations did wrong. For those waiting, I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you...

As is ALWAYS the case, Sanchez (formerly known as Joe) is very prolific in pointing out what he perceives as failures or problems, but his suggested solutions are totally non-existant. Plus, if it involves more spending (like for FBI agents) to solve the problem he will slam it or find another way to protest that.
Must be a very sad existance for Sanchez the Slammer...

Oh yeah, amark - you mean because they are being praised all over as one of the few outlets that got it correct? They're not like CNN and FauxNews in that regard...

On the article Stormwater Fee Increases for Residents, Decreases for Nonprofits

Touchy, are we JoeBlob? No control? I gave you an alternative to avoid the tax you apparently despise. I also think trying to connect one 20-year-old decision, probably made for reasons that have nothing to do with taxes, with a tax imposed for environmental reasons reveals either an over-expectation of government stewardship (being able to keep track of their decisions and tax strategies), or a reflex sucker punch at government using hindsight to connect the dots.
You would be the one who is better off to STFU - now wipe your chin, JoeBlob.

JoeBlob, my comments are reasonable until a steaming pile comes up with something as moronic as "Balt Co code required all residential driveways to be paved about 20 years ago. Now they demand taxes on their earlier demands."
With such a comment, the poster reveals him(her)self as a steaming pile. Now I'm expecting gobs of copypasta from you, probably related to a conspiracy from the EPA to turn Maryland into 9775 square miles of mud huts and communes.

Our dear Sanchez, better known as JoeBlob - nothing beats a JoeBlob. Your comment was just a whine. You actually seem to think that the government is nefarious enough to be able to see 20 years into the future so they can come up with taxes on driveways? Some might think I'm a Patch Ass, but you are a steaming pile of what comes out of one. Have a nice day!
